The Katliya online store is hosted on Bluehost, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Return and Exchange Policy

Hair extensions can only be returned 24 hours after purchase with the delivery fee paid by the client. Exchanges can also only be honored up until 24 hours after purchase with the delivery fee paid for by the client. Kindly note, pickup options are also available within the stipulated timeframe.

Proof of receipt and payment has to be shown before a refund or exchange can be made, and the extensions must be returned undamaged, unused, in good condition and sealed. If damaged, used, in bad condition or unsealed return or exchange can not be done.
